I love knowing that there is something healthy on hand that I can just get out of the fridge when I run out of time. Having a healthy salad at my fingertips personally helps me stay on track with my health goals, turning away from snacks that are too easy. For convenience, I try to prepare some healthy meals in advance (like soup and salad) for the week – and I find I make healthier food choices this way. Try it and see!
